We can never tolerate the mistakes done by people if it is very severe it is human nature, similarly doing mistakes is also human nature. Even though forgiveness can be allowed to some extent it is not fair to be in the same track all the time since this will be make some people to be very care less with their work leading to rise in the percentage of mistakes done by them. A recent report published in paper state that about 1.5 million people are affected by medical errors in one way or another due to not performing their work properly.

The medical error in most of the case denotes the improper medication when considering all other things. The first ranked error is the over dosage prescribed to the person this might be due to any one of the following reason like not clear hand writing of the doctor, or some improper supervision of the patient, some times while replacing a particular medicine with some other brand they fail to notice the dose and give it by mistake. Some times the doctor with out talking with the people much some times out of confusion they prefer medicines that are allergic to them. In few cases the problem will just end with slight problems like skin allergy or mild illness. But in few cases the situation will be very worst leading to even dead of person when the doctor or nurse tries a combination of medicines due to unavailability of particular medicine at a time.
